저자 정보 (2012)

John Reed is an executive, management consultant, licensed organizational psychologist, adjunct professor and certified executive coach. He attended Deerfield Academy and then received an AB at Dartmouth College, an MBA at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, an MS at Georgia State University and a PhD at the University of Georgia. He provides executive coaching, executive assessments for hiring and promotions, strategic analysis, organizational change guidance and talent management support. He has spent a quarter century globally with corporate leaders, entrepreneurs and their firms in the energy, financial services, real estate, manufacturing, health care, technology, chemical, utility, food and spirits, retail and not-for-profit sectors. He is licensed by the American Psychological Association and certified by the International Coach Federation. He belongs to the Academy of Management, the Society of Psychologists in Management, the Society of Consulting Psychology and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. He teaches organizational behavior to MBA students and, in addition to this book, has authored several articles on leadership and executive development including Nurturing a New Manager, Making Stress Work for You, and Professional Change: The Not So Obvious Sources of Your Urge. A Navy veteran, John and his wife, Perry Ann, have four children and live in Houston.
