THE Right Honourable the Lords of the Commigte of Privy Council for Trade and Plantations have received, through the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, a copy of a Despatch from Her Majesty's Minister at Brussels, fixing as follows the import duties on coffee, fish, and tobacco:

Coffee, 11 francs per 100 kilos.

FISH.

Herrings, of all kinds, 1 franc per 100 kilos. Lobsters, taken from national beds, 6 francs per 100 kilos; others, 12 francs per 100 kilos. Oysters, taken from national beds, 15 francs per 100 kilos; others, 25 francs per 100 kilos. Dried plaice, 1 franc per 100 kilos. Stockfish, 1 franc per 100 kilos.

TOBACCO.

Unmanufactured-In leaf or roll, 11 francs per 100 kilos; stalks, 7 francs per 100 kilos. Manufactured-Cigars, 215 francs per 100 kilos ; other manufactured tobacco, 35 francs per 100 kilos.

The Rescue Society's Reformatory Institution for Girls, at Hampstead, in the county of Middlesex, has been certified by the Secretary of State as fit to be a Reformatory School, under the provisions of the statute 17 and 18 Vict., c. 86.
