it shall be their duty to present, in writing, such Resolutions, Acts, or Canons, as they may think proper to offer, which only shall be subject to the action of the Convention. 15. Clergymen officiating in this Diocese, but not canonically members of this Convention, visiting Clergyman in good standing, Candidates for Holy Orders, and Licensed Lay Readers of this Diocese, the Secretary and Treasurer of the Trustees of the Protestant Episcopal Church in New Hampshire, the Auditor of the Convention, and Officers of the Diocese, not Delegates from any Parish or Mission, shall, on their names being recorded by the Secretary, be entitled to seats in this Convention, without the right to vote. 16. The Bishop shall appoint at each Convention an Auditor of the Convention for the current financial year of the Diocese. It shall be the duty of such Auditor to audit the accounts of the Treasurer of the Convention, the Treasurer of the Board of Managers of Diocesan Missions, and the Treasurer of the Trustees of the Protestant Episcopal Church in New Hampshire, examine all vouchers, and verify all securities, as soon as possible after November 1 in the year following his appointment, and to make a report to the next Convention of the Diocese. The Convention shall pay the expenses of such audit. 17. The Rules of Order and the Order of Proceedings shall be printed with the Journal of the last Convention. Abbie Tenney Tebbetts' Fund.
