V.-EXAMINATION AND REGISTRATION. Application for examination may be made to either member of the State Board for the Congressional District in which the applicant resides; and if the said district members are willing so to do, they may examine the said applicant at any time and place during the intervening period between meetings of the State Board, and report their proceedings to the Secretary. The same rule shall also apply to applicants for registration on the basis of a reputable medical diploma, and to those who make affidavit of having had "ten years' continuous practice in this State." VI.-RULES OF ORDER. The meetings of the State Board shall be governed in accordance with the parliamentary rules adopted by the Legislature of West Virginia so far as they are applicable to its deliberations. VII.-ORDER OF BUSINESS. 1.-Meeting called to order by the President. In his absence, by any member who shall be designated by a majority of the members present to fill the vacancy at that meeting. 2.-Reading the minutes of the last meeting. 3. Annual report of the Secretary. 4. Election of officers. 5. Consideration of measures recommended in the Secretary's report. 6. Miscellaneous business, resolutions, motions, examination of candidates for medical certificate, etc., etc. 7. Election of place of next meeting. 8.-Adjournment.
