Librarian of Congress, at Washington, D. C.
I, MELVIN EDWARDS, Secretary of State of the State of Colorado, do hereby certify that by virtue of the authority vested in me by an act of the First General Assembly of the State of Colorado, entitled, "An act to provide for
“ the public printing, and publishing, and distribution of the laws of this State," approved February 20th, 1877, I have prepared for publication, and caused to be printed, a copy of all the laws passed by the Fourth General Assembly of the State of Colorado.
I do further certify, that I have carefully compared the said printed laws with the original manuscripts thereof, now on file in my office, and that the following are full, true and correct copies thereof.
In Testimony Whereof, I have hereunto
set my hand and affixed the great steal of the State of Colorado, done at the city of Denver, this eleventh day of April, A. D., 1883.
