PSALM CXLVIII. 1. YE boundless realms of joy, Your voices raise, Ye cherubim, 2. Thou moon that rul'st the night, To Him your homage pay: 3. Let them adore the Lord, By whose almighty word They all from nothing came: PSALM LXXXIV. 1. LORD of the worlds above, Thine earthly temples are! 2. O happy souls that pray Where God appoints to hear! Their constant service there! They praise Thee still; And happy they 3. They go from strength to strength And each in heav'n appears; O glorious seat! The Lord, our King, 1. Love divine, all love excelling, 2. Breathe, O breathe Thy loving Spirit, Into ev'ry troubled breast! Let us all in Thee inherit, Let us find Thy promis'd rest; Alpha and Omega be; 3. Come, Almighty to deliver, Let us all Thy life receive! Graciously return, and never, Never more Thy temples leave! Thee we would be always blessing, Serve Thee as Thine hosts above; Pray, and praise Thee without ceasing, Glory in Thy precious love. 4. Finish then Thy new creation, Pure, unspotted, may we be: Till in heav'n we take our place; 1. GLORY be to God on high, God, whose glory fills the sky; 2. Sovereign Father, heavenly King, 3. Hail, by all Thy works adored ! Thee, with thankful hearts we prove, 4. Holy Spirit, Thee we own; 5. Praise the name of God most High; 1. LORD, if Thou Thy grace impart, 2. Simple, teachable, and mild; Humble as a little child; Pleas'd with what the Lord provides; Wean'd from all the world besides. 3. Father, fix our souls on Thee; Ev'ry evil let us flee; MADAN. |
