Murder, by Stabbing.

Murder, by Throwing a Stone.

D., by casting and throwing a certain stone at and against the said C. D., and striking the said C. D., with the stone aforesaid, in and upon the right side of the head, thereby giving to the said C. Murder, by Beating.
