The committee met in Concord, in December, 1907, all members being present. A discussion upon the adequacy of the present law regulating the practice of medicine in the state occupied the entire time. It was decided that the law was defective in many respects and should be entirely rewritten, and the new draft presented to the next legislature for action. A transcript of the proceedings of this meeting could not be obtained by the chairman from the Secretary, through some mistake in the public mails.

A second and informal meeting of three members of the committee was held in Concord, May 14, 1908, in the office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction, and it was decided to call a general meeting of the committee with the same committee of the New Hampshire Homeopathic Society in the near future to determine necessary changes in present medical law.
