Mr. DOULDER. This also bears a continuous writing, which, as I previously described, means it was all written at one time, at one sitting. However, if we would look at all six timesheets, I would like to say that in my opinion one person prepared all six timesheets.

The CHAIRMAN. One person prepared all of those? One person wrote the name of the supposed trainees on the six timesheets?

Mr. DOULDER. On the six different timesheets, they were prepared by one individual and prepared at one time, at one sitting, which bears continuous writing.

The CHAIRMAN. He just sat down and wrote it all at one time?
Mr. DOULDER. Yes, sir.

The CHAIRMAN. That is what you are saying?

Mr. DOULDER. Yes, sir.

Mr. ADLERMAN. In other words, Bruce Adams' timesheet, Will Bonner's timesheet, and Fred Boone's timesheet were all written by one person?

Mr. DOULDER. All six were written by one person.

Clearly, this is not a case of 20 separate signatures being made at 20 separate times during a period of 1 week, as it is supposed to represent, a person arriving at 9 a.m., leaving at noon, returning at 1 p.m. and leaving at the end of the day.

Let us examine now the six signatures made by the person who actually received the checks.

From an examination of the characteristics of the writing, it is my opinion that one person receipted for these six checks. However, in my opinion, it is not the person who prepared the timesheets.

The CHAIRMAN. A different person receipted for it from the person who prepared the timesheet?

Mr. DOULDER. Yes, sir; in all six instances.

Finally, we look at the endorsements on the backs of the actual checks. In my opinion, these six checks were endorsed by a third person, who was neither the person who receipted for the checks nor the person who prepared the timesheets.

The CHAIRMAN. I am looking at one check for $48. I notice the receipt of it, Fred Boone, and then the endorsement on the check. Putting those two side by side, could you possibly be mistaken that a different party endorsed the check from the one who signed for it? Mr. DOULDER. This is what I have stated.

The CHAIRMAN. There is no similarity at all.

Mr. DOULDER. No, sir.

The CHAIRMAN. That is, from what I see here.

Mr. DOULDER. There are three individuals involved. One person filled out or prepared all the timesheets, another individual signed for all the check receipts, and another individual endorsed the checks. The CHAIRMAN. In other words, one man endorsed the six checks? Mr. DOULDER. The six checks, yes.

The CHAIRMAN. Another man receipted for the six checks?

Mr. DOULDER. Yes, sir.

The CHAIRMAN. And someone else prepared the timesheets for the six checks?

Mr. DOULDER. Yes, sir.

The CHAIRMAN. How many cases of this did you find? Maybe your big chart shows.
