AND further, We will, and by these Prefents, for Us, our Heirs, and Succeffors, do ordain, That there fhall be from henceforth for ever, One of the said Guild, Fraternity, or Brotherhood, to be elected and appointed, in fuch Form, as hereafter in thefe Prefents touching the

AND alfo that there fhall be from Eight Alihenceforth for ever, Eight of the said fants. Guild, Fraternity, or Brotherhood, (to be elected and appointed in fuch Form, as hereafter in these Presents touching the fame is also expreffed) which fhall be called the Affiftants of the faid Guild, Fraternity, or Brotherhood, for the time being.

AND alfo there fhall be from hence-Eighteen Etforth for ever, Eighteen (befides the faid der Brethren. Mafter, Wardens, and Affiftants for the time being) who are and fhall be alfo Elder Brethren of the faid Guild, Fraternity, or Brotherhood, (to be elected and

AND for the better Execution and Accomplishment of this our Will and Grant in that behalf, We have affigned, nominated, conftituted, and made, and by these Presents, for Us, our Heirs, and Succeffors, do affign, nominate, conftitute, and make our trufty and well-beloved Samuel Pepys, Efquire, Secretary of our Admiralty of England, to be the first and present Master of the faid Guild, Fraternity, or Brotherhood, to continue in the faid Office or Place by himself, or his fufficiHis Deputy ent Deputy, (the faid Deputy to be always and how cho- elected, chofen, and fworn by the Wardens, Affiftants, and Elder Brethren of the faid Guild, Fraternity, or Brotherhood, or the more part of them, by themselves, or their faid Deputies as aforefaid, where
