CALL FOR ORGANIZATION. SOUTH CAROLINA BAR ASSOCIATION. In the opinion of the undersigned, members of the Bar of South Carolina, the formation of a State Bar Association is greatly to be desired. They therefore call a Convention of Bar Delegates to meet in the Court House of Columbia on Thursday Evening, 11th December, at eight o'clock, for the purpose of organization.
