Copies: Administrator must furnish a copy free
of charge to each participant and each

days after the plan becomes subject to the

requirements apply even if the plan is exempt
from other reporting requirements under 1-E.
Prop. Regs. 29 C.F.R. 2521.10. An updated
summary plan description must be supplied
every 5th year if amendments have been made,
and in any event once every 10 years.
