I love this book cuz it covers all the recent theories on language testing and introduces further readings in detail.
As you read you could catch the author's philosophy on language based on
humanistic point of view.
I could get more insight while reading it in a graduate school now. It will deepen your profession definitely.
It is amazing that there are lots of information from all the research on language testing.
