The product of Delaware and Missouri in 1860 was all cane molasses; of that of North Carolina, 12,494 gallons was cane, and 17.739 maple; of Mississippi. 3,445 cane; of Louisiana, 66,470 maple; of Texas, 3,600 maple; and of Tennessee, 6,734 maple.
