The Annual General Meeting of the Royal Scottish Society of Arts was held in their Hall, 117 George Street, on Monday, 13th November 1865, at Eight o'clock, P.M.-Charles Cowan, Esq., President, in the Chair. 1. The President gave an address, for which, on the motion of Mr R. W. Thomson, seconded by the Secretary, thanks were unanimously voted; and he was requested to allow it to be printed among the Transactions, to which he agreed. (See Address printed in the Transactions, Vol. VII. Part I. p. 94.) 2. The Report of the Prize Committee, awarding the Prizes for Session 1864-65, was read, and the Prizes were delivered by the President to the successful Candidates.
