This committee print contains the text of the Longshoremen's and Harbor Worker's Compensation Act as amended by Public Law 92-576, and other background material.

The enactment of these amendments represents the culmination of 12 years of effort to increase the benefits, expand the coverage, and improve the administration of the workmen's compensation program for the more than 800,000 workers covered by the act and its extensions.
