The Honorable the PRESIDENT OF THE SENATE, The Honorable the SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES: In accordance with section 712(b) of the Defense Production Act of 1950, as amended, which provides for a report to the Senate and House of Representatives from time to time concerning the results of studies of this committee, together with such recommendations as it may deem desirable, there is transmitted herewith the 19th Annual Report of the Joint Committee on Defense Production. The appendix of the report contains summaries from various departments and agencies performing functions under authority of the Defense Production Act for the fiscal year 1969.
