NOTICE is hereby given, that His Majesty will receive Presentations at the Drawing-Room on the 3d of May next, the same as at any other Drawing Room. Westminster, April 19, 1821. THIS day, the Lords being met, a message was sent to the Honourable House of Commons by the Gentleman Usher of the Black Rod, acquainting them, that The Lords, authorised by virtue of a Commission under the Great Seal, signed by His Majesty, for declaring His Royal Assent to several Acts agreed upon by both Houses, do desire the immediate attendance of the Honourable House in the House of Peers to hear the Commission read; and the Commons being come thither, the said Commission, empowering the Lord Archbishop of Canterbury, the Lord High Chancellor of Great Britain, and several other Lords therein named, to declare and notify the Royal Assent to the said Acts, was read accordingly, and the Royal Assent given to An Act for altering and amending the laws of excise, for securing the payment of the duties on beer and ale brewed in Great Britain. An Act for fixing the rates of subsistence to Q. 2 be be paid to innkeepers and others on quartering soldiers. An Act to extend certain provisions of an Act of King William the Third, intituled "An Act: for regulating of trials in cases of treason and misprison of treason,” to that part of the United Kingdom called Ireland. An Act to amend the law respecting the inclosing of open fields, pastures, moors, commons, and waste lands in England. An Act for extending the term, and altering and enlarging the powers of several Acts passed in the. reign of His late Majesty King George the Third,for constructing an harbour in Mount's Bay, in the county of Cornwall. An Act to remove doubts as to the power of the Commissioners of Exchequer Bills to advance a further sum of money to the Regent's Canal Company, and to amend the Acts for making, the said canal. An Act to continue the term and enlarge the powers of an Act passed for making and maintaining a road from the Romford and WhitechapelRoad to or near Tilbury-Fort, in the county of Essex. An Act for repairing and maintaining the roadsleading from Spalding-High-Bridge, through Littleworth, and by Frognall, to James-Deeping-StoneBridge, in the county of Lincoln, and thence to Maxey-Outgang, in the county of Northampton, adjoining the high road there.
