A Return of the Killed and Wounded on board the Ships and Vessels of the Squadron employed on the Expedition under the Command of Captain John Richard Lumley, of His Majesty's Ship Topaze, in the Attack against Mocha, on the 4th of December 1820.

Topaze.

Lieutenant R. G. Atkinson, royal marínes, killed.
Mr. C. P. Gill, master's mate, ditto.
Mr. F. S. Burnett, midshipman, ditto.
Lieutenant William Moriarty, royal navy, wounded.
Lieutenant C. M. M. Wright, ditto, ditto.

1 seaman killed, 10 wounded; 5 severely, 2 of the latter since dead.

East India Company's Cruisers and Artillery.

2 seamen, 2 of the Bombay artillery, killed; 1 seaman, 3 quarter gunners, 1 private of native artillery, 4 sepoys, wounded.

Total-8 killed, 27 wounded.

Additional Return of Killed and Wounded on board the Squadron employed as above mentioned, in the Attacks which took place between the 26th and 31st of December, inclusive.

Topaze.

1 private marine killed; 5 seamen wounded.

East

East India Company's Cruisers and Artillery. Lieutenant H. Wilson, of the Company's marine, wounded severely.

Lieutenant William Jacob, of the Bombay artillery, ditto.

3 seamen wounded.

A DISPATCH has this morning been received by Viscount Sidmouth from the Marquess of Londonderry, dated Hanover, October 9, and stating, that the King arrived at that city on the preceding day, at three P.M. in good health; and had been received by His Hanoverian subjects, on. His Majesty's approach to the capital and throughout the journey, with the utmost demonstrations of joy and attachment,

THEIR Excellencies the Lords Justices have been pleased, in His Majesty's name, to grant_unto Lieutenant-Colonel John Austin, Brigadier-General in the Portuguese Service, and late Military Governor and Commander of the Forces in the Kingdom of Algarve, their licence and authority, that he the said Lieutenant-Colonel John Austin may accept and wear the insignia of a Knight Commander of the Royal Portuguese Military Order of the Tower and Sword, which His Majesty the King of Portugal has been pleased to confer upon that Officer, in testimony of His royal approbation of the distinguished services rendered by him while serving in the Portuguese army; provided nevertheless, that the said licence and permission doth not authorise, and shall not be deemed or construed to authorise, the assumption of any style, appellation, rank, precedence, or privilege appertaining unto a Knight Bachelor of these His Majesty's realms:

And also to order, that this concession and declaration be registered in the College of Arms.

DISPATCHES have been received by Viscount Sidmouth from the Marquess of Londonderry, dated Hanover, the 18th instant, announcing the intention of His Majesty to return to England; and that the King has been pleased to fix upon Thursday the 25th instant, as the day of His departure from Hanover for that purpose.
