His royal licence and authority, that he may accept and wear the insignia of an Honorary Knight Commander of the Royal Portuguese Order of the Tower and Sword, which His Majesty the King of Portugal has been pleased to confer upon him, in testimony of His Most Faithful Majesty's approbation of his meritorious conduct while in the actual service of that Sovereign: And also to order, that His Majesty's said concession and declaration be registered, together with , the relative documents, in His College of Arms.
