Borough of Callington, Right of Election Petition, deferred Notice.

WHEREAS by an order of the House of Commons, the matter of the petition of John Rowe Snow, Richard Young, and James Bull, respecting the right of election for the borough of Callington, was appointed to be taken into consideration by the said House upon Tuesday the 13th day of March instant, at half an hour after three of the clock in the afternoon:

And whereas by a subsequent order of the said House, made this day, the said petition is appointed to be taken into consideration upon Tuesday the 10th day of April next, at three of the clock in the afternoon:

I do hereby give notice, that the House will at that time take the said petition into consideration.

His Majesty has been pleased to approve of the under-mentioned Regiments being permitted to bear on their colours and appointments, in addition to any other badges or devices which may have heretofore been granted to those Regiments, the following distinctions, viz.

43d Regiment of Foot, the words

in commemoration of the distinguished services of the Regiment at the battle of Vimiera, on 21st August 1808; in the action of Busaco, on 27th September 1810; at Fuentes d'Honor, on 5th May 1811; at Ciudad Rodrigo, in the month of January 1812; at the siege of Badajoz, on 16th March 1812; at the battle of Salamanca, on 22d July 1812; at Vittoria, on 21st June 1813; at Nivelle, on 10th November 1813; in the passage of the Nive, on the 9th, 10th, and 11th December 1813; and in the attack of the position covering Toulouse, on 10th April 1814.

"Corunna,"

in commemoration of the distinguished services of that Corps in the action fought near Corunna, on 16th January 1809.

ON Saturday morning last, the 10th instant, at seven o'clock, the Remains of Her late Highness Elizabeth Georgina Adelaide, only daughter of His Royal Highness the Duke of Clarence, were removed from His Royal Highness's apartments, in St. James's Palace, attended by two of the King's Gentlemen Ushers in one of His Majesty's carriages, drawn by six horses, escorted by an Officer's guard of cavalry, followed by a mourning coach and four horses, conveying Sir John Borlase Warren, Bart. and Sir Charles Morice Pole,

Upon arriving at St. George's Chapel, Windsor Castle, about two o'clock in the afternoon, the Remains of the Royal Infant were carried to the Choir by four yeoman of the guard, and the funeral service being performed, the body was deposited. in the Royal Vault.
