194 ÆäÀÌÁö - UNREASONABLE ADVERSE EFFECTS ON THE ENVIRONMENT. — The term "unreasonable adverse effects on the environment" means any unreasonable risk to man or the environment, taking into account the economic, social, and environmental costs and benefits of the use of any pesticide.
