The cost of administration of $78,960.54 being 3 percent of the premium earned for the fiscal year of $2,635,673.13. Employers carrying own risk under Section 54 of the Act contributed $8.255.44 towards the administrative expense, leaving the net cost of administration to the Fund of $70,705.10, making the percentage of net cost to premiums accrued 2.68 percent.
