THE Queen has been graciously pleased to nominate and appoint Arthur Aston, Esq. now Secretary to Her Majesty's Embassy at Paris, to be Her Majesty's Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary to the Queen of Spain.
The Queen has also been graciously pleased to nominate and appoint Henry Lytton Bulwer, Esq. now Secretary to Her Majesty's Embassy at St. Petersburgh, to be Secretary to Her Majesty's Embassy at Paris.
The Queen has also been graciously pleased to nominate and appoint the Honourable John Arthur Douglas Bloomfield, now Secretary to Her Majesty's Legation at Stockholm, to be Secretary to Her Majesty's Embassy at St. Petersburgh.
