For two cottages, including steam, water, sewer and lighting connections The board of managers have asked for an appropriation sufficiently large to erect four cottages here this year but, after mature deliberation, it seems to me that two will be sufficient for their immediate needs. There are a good many of the older inmates of this institution still to be paroled or discharged and their going out will give additional room for the younger girls to be committed. 3. For alterations in industrial building and fire escape More school facilities are required at this institution and it is contemplated that by changes in the industrial building, which should be equipped with a fire escape, these additional facilities can be obtained in this building. 4.
