The Association will meet in the Common Council Chamber at IO A. M.

Order of business according to By-Laws.

Reading of papers.

Discussion of the following questions in connection with the report of the Committee on Law Reform will be had at this time:

First. In cases where parties are unable to agree, is it desirable that the court should be restricted in the appointment of referees to selection from members of the Bar named by the Appellate Division?

Second.

Should the inchoate right of dower be

Third. Should exceptions be required in order to review rulings of the court on admission or rejection of evidence where objection appears on the record?

Fourth. Should the publication of dissenting opinions be prohibited by law?

Fifth. Should the present practice, by which three trials in ejectment are possible, be continued? Report of special committees.

Miscellaneous business.

Adjournment.

On Wednesday evening, at half after seven, the annual banquet of the Association will be held at The Ten Eyck. The Governor, our guests of honor, and other prominent gentlemen, will attend and respond to toasts.
