Board of Trade, Whitehall, The Right Honourable the Lords of the Committee of Privy Council for Trade and Plantations have received, through the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, a copy of a Despatch from Her Majesty's Minister at Naples, enclosing a translation of a Royal Decree, imposing a light due of four grani per ton on native and foreign vessels in all the ports of the kingdom of the Two Sicilies, for the purpose of meeting the expenses of maintaining lighthouses upon all the dangerous points of the coast.
