JER. xi. 16: The LORD called thy name, A green olive tree, fair, and of goodly fruit: with the noise of a great tumult he hath kindled fire upon it, and the branches of it are broken. ACTs, ii. 39: For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.
