Indictment for obtaining goods by false pretences, the pretence being that the defendant was bonâ fide carrying on a business in a particular shop, and that he required goods in the regular course of such business; whereas, in fact, the 116. shop was taken with no other object than fraudulently to obtain credit, xciv. 110.
