a National School, was lately asked by one of the Curates, "What right have your ministers to preach?" No one, the Curate told him, has a right to preach who has not been ordained by a Bishop. The boy was naturally puzzled. He had always supposed that his minister, being a godly and learned man, able to preach well, and chosen by the Christian people to whom he preached to be their minister, had as good a right to preach as anybody. Perhaps he had been taught that according to the New Testament his minister was really himself "a Bishop."
