Abbott, widow of William S. M. Abbott, late second lieutenant Company G, Second Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of tifteen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.

Rayel, late of Company I, Third Regiment Missouri Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
