W HEREAS it is Her Majesty's gracious pleasure that a Census of the populalation of Her Colonial Possessions should be taken in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety one; Be it therefore enacted by the Governor, Council, and Assembly of this Island, and by the authority of the same, as follows; 1.
