To provide for repositories for the disposal of high-level radioactive waste,
transuranic waste, and spent nuclear fuel, to amend provisions of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 relating to low-level waste, to modify the PriceAnderson provisions of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 and certain other provisions pertaining to facility licensing and safety, and for other purposes.

(1) The term “Administrator” means the Admin
istrator of the Environmental Protection Agency.
(2) The term “Commission” means the Nuclear
