Buffalo Public Library EXTRACT FROM RULES. No person will be allowed to draw books until all fines and claims for damages are paid. Injuries to books beyond reasonable wear, and all losses, must be made good by the borrower. If one volume of a set is lost or damaged, the borrower will be held responsible for the set, unless the lost volume can be satisfactorily replaced.
