(A list of deceased members of the Association, so far as known at the time of publishing the volume of Proceedings of the Springfield meeting, May, 1906, is given in that volume. At the Buffalo meeting, the Council directed the Permanent Secretary to omit the printing of the full list of deceased members in the annual volumes and to print only the additions to the list.
