ANALYSIS OF ESTIMATE Of the estimate of $202,700, $184,915 is for salaries, and $12,000 di the balance is for printing two volumes of the decisions of the court , as required by law, and the printing of customs and patent calendars mandates, letterheads, forms, and so forth. This leaves a balance in the estimate of $5,785 which is for the contingent expenses of the court and is to pay for communication services, transportation of things, travel, supplies and materials. Are there any questions, gentlemen? Judge GARRETT. Perhaps some special mention should be made of that $8,200. Mr. PRESTON. We understand what it is requested for. Thank you very much, gentlemen. USE OF COURTROOM BY UNITED STATES COURT OF MILITARY APPEALS room. Judge GARRETT. I might refer to the fact that the United States Court of Military Appeals has been given permission to use our courtI believe that court has not been made a part of the Federal judiciary as yet. Consequently I do not suppose the committee has any jurisdiction over any appropriation for its support. Mr. Rooney. No; we do not. For the moment, we would not be particularly interested in it unless it required expenditure of funds through this budget and this committee. Judge GARRETT. Thank you very much.
