All provisions of the earlier agreement continue in full force and effect except as modified by this supplement. This agreement made and entered into this First day of October, 1 by and between the Retail Associates, Inc. for an on behalf of the LaSalle & Koch Company, the Lion Dry Goods, Inc., Tiedkte's, Inc., Lamson Brothers, Toledo, Ohio, for whom the Retail Associates, Inc. act as bargaining agent, hereinafter called the EMPLOYER and Local No. 20 of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Warehousemen and Helpers of America, A.F. of L., hereinafter called the UNION.
