A MANUAL OF THE PRACTICE OF THE SUPREME COURT OF JUDICATURE IN THE Queen's Bench and Chancery Divisions. INTENDED CHIEFLY FOR THE USE of studenNTS. FOURTH EDITION. BY JOHN INDERMAUR, SOLICITOR; FIRST PRIZEMAN, MICH. TERM, 1872; AUTHOR OF "PRINCIPLES OF THE COMMON LONDON: STEVENS AND HAYNES, BELL YARD, TEMPLE BAR. 1885. PREFACE ΤΟ THE FOURTH EDITION. JUST two years have elapsed since the publication of the last edition of this work, which appeared directly after the issuing of the new Rules of 1883. There have since then been a great number of practice. decisions, and various additional Rules, and I feel that a new edition of the work is called for at a time when the last one was, by reason of this, becoming somewhat deficient. I think it will be found that all new Rules and Statutes that should receive a Student's attention have been introduced into this edition, and I have spared no pains in endeavouring to select the most useful practice decisions. I have carefully checked the work by reference to all legal examinations during the last two years, and I have every confidence that it will furnish Students with all they can require, and in addition be useful to practitioners, with which view, in particular, special care has been devoted to the Index. 22 CHANCERY LANE, W.C.
