It will be embellished with Portraits, engraved in Part 1 will be published on the 1st April, and the the first style of art, from originals selected with the following parts will appear on the 1st of each sucstrictest regard to authenticity and correct resem-ceeding Month, until completed on the 1st March, blance; comprising Louis the Sixteenth, Maria Antoinette, Mirabeau, Danton, Marat, Robespierre, Napoleon Buonaparte the General, Moreau, Ney, Burke, Suwarroff, the Archduke Charles of Austria, Nelson, Pitt, Fox, Wellington, George the Third, Castlereagh, the Empress Josephine, Murat, Blucher, Metternich, Talleyrand, the Emperor Alexander, Napoleon the Emperor, &c.

The Publishers have been induced to print a limited number of copies in royal 8vo. forming, with Proof Impressions of the Portraits, a very splendid book. For these early orders should be given.

The Work will be issued in Monthly Volumes, price 15s. each.

The First Volume, containing Portraits of Louis XVI. and Marie Antoinette, will be published on the 24th March.

1850. Purchasers desirous of having the entire work at once, are informed that copies will be prepared, handsomely done up, to be ready for delivery early in April. A few Large Paper copies in imperial 4to. will be published at £3. 13s. 6d. Early application will be necessary to obtain these, which can only be sold in complete sets.
