47 ÆäÀÌÁö - Parts 71-79 of this chapter do not apply to such transportation by motor vehicle as may be necessary to effect transfer of import shipments from place of discharge to other places within the same port area or delivery to a water carrier within the same port area (including contiguous harbors). Further transportation of such Import shipments by connecting water carrier shall be subject to the regulations prescribed by the Commandant of the Coast Guard.
