9 ÆäÀÌÁö - English, the text of all copies accorded protection under this act, except as below provided, shall be printed from type set within the limits of the United States, either by hand or by the aid of any kind of typesetting machine, or from plates made within the limits of the United States...
15 ÆäÀÌÁö - That when an assignment of the copyright in a specified book or other work has been recorded the assignee may substitute his name for that of the assignor in the statutory notice of copyright prescribed by this Act.
1 ÆäÀÌÁö - That, subject to the approval of the Librarian of Congress, the register of copyrights shall be authorized to make rules and regulations for the registration of claims to copyright as provided by this Act.
3 ÆäÀÌÁö - Act goes into effect, and shall not include the works of a foreign author or composer unless the foreign state or nation of which such author or composer is a citizen or subject grants, either by treaty, convention, agreement, or law, to citizens of the United States similar rights: And provided further, and as a condition of extending the copyright control to such mechanical reproductions.
4 ÆäÀÌÁö - No action or proceeding shall be maintained for infringement of copyright in any work until the provisions of this Act with respect to the deposit of copies and registration of such work shall have been complied with.
11 ÆäÀÌÁö - ... in the case of a book, photograph, chromo or lithograph, the two copies of the same required to be delivered or deposited as above shall be printed from type set within the limits of the United states, or from plates made therefrom, or from negatives or drawings on stone made within the limits of the United States, or from transfers made therefrom.
10 ÆäÀÌÁö - Care should be taken that the title of the work, the name of the author, and the name of the copyright claimant should be correctly stated in the application, and that they should agree exactly with the same statements made in the work itself.
16 ÆäÀÌÁö - Application for the renewal or extension of a subsisting copyright (except copyright of a composite work) may be filed within one year prior to the expiration of the existing term by : (1) The author of the work if still living; (2) The widow, widower, or children of the author if the author is not living ; (3) The author's executor, if such author, widow, widower, or children be not living; (4) If the author, widow, widower, and children are all dead, and the author left no will, then the next of...
