An Act to incorporate the Saint Lawrence Marine Insurance Company, of Prince Edward Island.

Macdonald, and William Findley, and all other persons who now are, or hereafter shall be shareholders of the said Company, shall be and are hereby united into a Company for making and effecting Marine Insurance; according to the rules and directions hereinafter mentioned, and for that purpose shall be a Body corporate, under the name of the "Saint Lawrence Marine Insurance Company, of Prince Edward Island," by which name they shall be a perpetual Corporation, and shall have succession for ever, and a common seal, with power to break, change and vary the same at pleasure, and by the same name may sue and be sued, plead and be impleaded in all Courts of law and equity in this Island, and be capable
