CHAPTER 6. APPROPRIATION AGRICULTURAL EXPERIMENT STATION-FORT COLLINS. Appropriation for maintenance and support. Emergency. (H. B. No. 224, by Mr. Nelson.) AN ACT MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE STATE BOARD OF AGRI- Be It Enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado: Section 1. That there be and hereby is appropriated out of any moneys in the hands of the State Treasurer not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $10,000 for the year 1915, to be expended by the State Board of Agriculture for maintenance and support of the Agricultural Experiment Station at Fort Collins, Colorado, and the Auditor of State is hereby authorized and directed to draw warrants upon the funds hereby appropriated upon the order of the State Board of Agriculture, signed by its president and countersigned by its secretary. Sec. 2. In the opinion of the General Assembly, an emergency exists; therefore, this act shall be in force and take effect from and after its passage. Approved: May 8, 1915. CHAPTER 7. APPROPRIATION COLORADO SCHOOL FOR DEAF AND BLIND. (H. B. No. 63, by Mr. G. M. Taylor.) AN ACT MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE USE OF THE COLO- Be It Enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado: Section 1. That there is hereby appropriated out of Appropriation any funds in the State Treasury, not otherwise appropriated, from the revenue for the fiscal years 1915 and 1916, the sum of sixteen thousand, two hundred and 00/100 dollars ($16,200.00) for the following purposes: New boilers for heating plant... APPROPRIATION DEL NORTE HATCHERY-PIPE LINE AND WATER. (H. B. No. 30, by Mr. Weiss.) AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE PURCHASE OF ADDITIONAL LAND AND Be It Enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado: for pipe line and water. Section 1. That there be and is hereby appropriated Appropriation out of any moneys in the State Treasury, not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000), for a pipe line and right of way and spring water. That within ninety days after the passage of this act the State Game and Fish Commissioner shall proceed to acquire the land and water in such quantities and in such places as he shall deem necessary and most convenient for the aforesaid purposes; Provided, That the total amount to be paid for such land and water shall, in price. no case, exceed the amount herein appropriated for that purpose. APPROPRIATION DENVER HATCHERY. Appropriation. How used. Improvements (H. B. No. 216, by Mr. Hagerman.) AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR IMPROVING THE STATE FISH HATCHERY Be It Enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado: Section 1. That there be and is hereby appropriated out of any moneys in the State Treasury, not otherwise appropriated, the sum of fifteen hundred dollars ($1,500) to be used as follows: For cement work at the Denver Hatchery and building new retaining ponds for adult fish in rearing young trout, eight hundred dollars ($800.00); For placing a new woven-wire fence on north end of hatchery grounds, to prevent stock from interfering with ponds and parked grounds, three hundred dollars ($300); For painting and improving hatchery and superintendent's dwelling, two hundred dollars ($200); For further improving the grounds and the road approaching the hatchery, two hundred dollars ($200). If any balance remains after carrying the act into effect, such balance shall be used in improving and beautifying the grounds of said hatchery, under the supervision of the State Game and Fish Commissioner. Sec. 2. That said improvements shall be made by, and under the direction of the State Game and Fish Commissioner for the benefit of said Denver Hatchery. |
