3562 ÆäÀÌÁö - First. If any substance has been mixed and packed with it so as to reduce or lower or injuriously affect its quality or strength.
3561 ÆäÀÌÁö - If, when sold under or by a name recognized in the United States Pharmacopoeia, it differs from the standard of strength, quality or purity laid down therein...
3416 ÆäÀÌÁö - Such examinations shall be practical in their character, and so far as may be shall relate to those matters which will fairly test the relative capacity and fitness of the persons examined to discharge the duties of the service into which they seek to be appointed.
3520 ÆäÀÌÁö - And the space of time here referred to as comprehending the sickly season, shall be understood to extend from the first day of May to the first day of November.
