All thy works shall praise thee, O Jehovah ; and thy saints shall bless, thee. They shall speak of the glory of thy kingdom, and talk of thy power; to make known to the sons of men his mighty acts, and the glorious majesty of his kingdom. Thy kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and thy dominion endureth through out all generations. Jehovah upholdeth all that fall, and raiseth up all those that be bowed down. The eyes of all wait upon thee : thou givest them their meat in due season. Thou openest thine hand, and satisfiest the desire of every living thing. i

O Jehovah, how great are thy works! and thy thoughts are very deep!; Many, Jehovah, my God, are thy wonderful works, which thou hast done, and thy thoughts, whicb are to us ward : they cannot be reckoned up in order unto thee if I would declare and speak of them, they tre more than can be numbered. k Great and marvel. lous are thy works, Lord God Almighty ; just and true are thy ways, thou king of saints ! Who shall not fear thee, O Lord, and glorify thy name? For thou only art holy ; for all nations shall come and worship before thee ; for thy judgments are matle manifest. 1 Amongst the gods there is none like unto thee, O Jehovah, neither are there any works like unto thy works. All nations whom thou hast made, shall come & worship before thee, O Jehovah ! and shall glorify thy name. For thou art great, and doest wondrous things : thou art God a. i Palm, cxli

FOR when we were yet without strength, in due time, Christ died for the ungodly. For scarcely for a righteous man will one die ; yet, peradventure, for a good man some would even dare to die. But God commendeth his love towards us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. a Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows : yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities : the chastise. ment of our peace was upon him, and with his stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray. We have turned every one his own way, and Jehovah hath laid on him the iniquity of us all. 6 He was numbered with the ransgressors, and he bare the sin of many, & nade intercession for the transgressors.c.Clinist

For ye were as sheep going astray ; but are now returned unto the shepherd and bishop of souls. f Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present world, according to the will of God and our Father. & God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ. h Who died for us, that whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him. i For by one offering he hath perfected forever them that are sanctified. ; Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many. km We are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus, once for all. I For now once in the end of the age, hath he appeared to put away sin, by the sacrifice of himself. in Wherefore Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people with his own blood, suffered without the gate. n. Wherefore, in all things it behoved him to be made like unto his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people. o Forasmuch, then, as the
