gress passed an Act authorizing the erection of this building.
The same was
completed in 1908. It is situated to the northeast of the Capitol, while the Senate
building is to the northwest. This building is connected with the Capitol by an under-
ground automobile, same as the Senate building, for the convenience of its members,
