21 ÆäÀÌÁö - Nothing, however, herein contained shall be construed to extend to any incorporated company...
18 ÆäÀÌÁö - The Government shall have the right, during the existence of this lease, to make alterations, attach fixtures, and erect additions, structures, or signs, in or upon the premises hereby leased...

17 ÆäÀÌÁö - WITNESSETH: The parties hereto for the considerations hereinafter mentioned covenant and agree as follows: 2. The Lessor hereby leases to the Government the following described premises, viz: to be used exclusively for the following purposes (see instruction No.
21 ÆäÀÌÁö - Lessor within fifteen (15) days thereafter; if so terminated no rent shall accrue to the Lessor after such partial destruction or damage; and if not so terminated the rent shall be reduced proportionately by supplemental agreement hereto effective from the date of such partial destruction or damage.
21 ÆäÀÌÁö - Lessor shall maintain the premises and property furnished under this lease in good repair and tenamable condition during the continuance of this lease, except in case of damage arising from the act or the negligeme of the Government's agents or employees.
