AN ACT to amend section 1 of chapter 99 of the laws of 1891, entitled "An act conferring civil, criminal and appellate jurisdiction upon the county court of Waukesha county, Wisconsin," as amended by chapter 45 of the laws of 1897, and also to amend section 9 of said act of 1891. The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows: $1 C 1'99 §1 C 103 '03 1899 Ch. 1 See 1903 c 103 SECTION 1. Section 1, of chapter 99 of the laws of 1891, as amended by chapter 45, of the laws of 1897, is hereby amended by striking out from the fourteenth and fifteenth lines thereof the following words, "except as to actions and proceedings under chapter 151, revised statutes" and by inserting in lieu thereof the foling: "And including the power of review of records on certiorari, discharging mortgages of record, and the exercise of any other special powers," so that said section when amended will read as follows: Section 1.
