1This Act consists of the Act of August 1, 1946, ch. 724, as amended by the Act of Aug. 30, 1954, ch. 1073 (68 stat. 921) and by subsequent amendments. The Act appears generally in the United States code at 42 U.S.C. 2011 et seq.
