495 ÆäÀÌÁö - ... and if, in the Legislature so next chosen as aforesaid, such proposed amendment or amendments shall be agreed to by a majority of all the members elected to each House, then it shall be the duty of the Legislature to submit such proposed amend-ment or amendments to the people in such manner and at such time as the Legislature shall prescribe...
599 ÆäÀÌÁö - York, sheriffs, clerks of counties, district attorneys, and registers in counties having registers, shall be chosen by the electors of the respective counties, once in every three years and as often as vacancies shall happen.

346 ÆäÀÌÁö - January, in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety-seven, no person in any such prison, penitentiary, jail, or reformatory, shall be required or allowed to work, while under sentence thereto, at any trade, industry, or occupation, wherein or whereby his work, or the product or profit of his work, shall be farmed out, contracted, given or sold to any person, firm, association, or corporation.
570 ÆäÀÌÁö - It is not a lawful business except for members of the Bar who have complied with all the conditions required by statute and the rules of the courts. As these conditions cannot be performed by a corporation it follows that the practice of law is not a lawful business for a corporation to engage in. As it cannot practice law directly, it cannot indirectly by employing competent lawyers to practice for it, as that would be an evasion which the law will not tolerate.
